What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation. Some rate plans may require a deposit.

Can I modify my reservation after booking?

Is the hotel family-friendly?

The Narrative Hotel is an adults-only property. Guests must be 16 years or older. Our atmosphere is curated to provide peace, connection, and design-forward inspiration for mature travelers.

Do you offer complimentary Wi-Fi?

Yes. High-speed wireless internet is available throughout the hotel and in all guest rooms.

Is there a gym on property?

Not at this time. We are working on a partnership with a nearby hotel to offer our guests access to fitness facilities. Please check with our concierge during your stay for current availability.

Do you have a spa?

We do not have a full spa on site, but in-room massage and wellness treatments are available with advance booking.

Is there a pool?

Yes, our ground-level outdoor pool is open daily for lounging and cooling off in the Cabo sun.

- Bermejo: Signature restaurant led by Chef Javier Plascencia, open for dinner

- Chapter One: An all-day café offering fresh coffee, breakfast, and light fare

Select rate plans include breakfast. Otherwise, breakfast is available for purchase at Chapter One.

Do you offer room service?

Yes. In-room dining is available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. Valet parking is available for all registered guests.
